We are the GO Direkt team – the contact for everyone who bills the GO toll via GO Direkt.

We are there for you from Monday to Thursday from 7.00 am to 4.00 pm and on Fridays from 7.00 am to 12.00 pm.
Outside of our office hours, the ASFINAG Service Center is available around the clock, seven days a week.

  • We deal with your concerns quickly and directly and keep you regularly informed about our services with the GO Direkt newsletter.
  • You have a personal contact person for your questions about the GO toll.
  • We will work with you to find the right billing period for the GO toll.
  • And best of all: no fees.

GO Direkt customers have the following options to obtain a GO‑Box:

  • pick up the GO‑Box yourself using a pickup code at a GO point of sale
  • use an existing on‑board unit (GO‑Box or Toll Collect OBU)
  • have a GO‑Box sent to you - subject to a fee and only within the European Union

Please note:

  • When you receive a new GO‑Box, a one‑time processing fee of €12 is payable. This fee always applies—whether you pick up the GO‑Box at a GO point of sale or choose postal delivery.
  • We will send you the GO-Box upon request (only within the EU). For packaging and shipping of the GO‑Box, an additional flat‑rate shipping charge of €14.90 per GO‑Box is payable.
  • Both the processing fee and the shipping charge will be invoiced on your next GO Direkt invoice.

    With GO Direkt, you can pay the GO toll flexibly if you are creditworthy: Pay in advance or afterwards. Choose between monthly, fortnightly or weekly billing and determine your payment period between 4 and 28 days.

  • Your service benefits
    The SelfCare portal is your personal access to the GO toll. In the SelfCare portal, you can manage the toll for your vehicles, download invoices, call up the route travelled in detail, register for the typo warning service (if the number of axles is set incorrectly) and enjoy many other benefits.
